DEVELOPING SELF-MANAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP, GROUP MANAGEMENT AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

    1. DIAGNOSIS AND DETECTION OF NEEDS
  • The assessment instrument is the WS-Lens (Work Style Lens). This assessment can be done online and takes a maximum of 30 minutes. It is ideal for recruitment and development and assesses the following aspects:
    1. Collaboration: social orientation, cooperation and concern for others.
    2. Leadership: leadership orientation, flexibility and adaptability.
    3. Self-management: self-control, stress tolerance, confidence, achievement/effort, persistence and initiative.
    4. Social responsibility: rule-following, attention to detail, innovation, analytical thinking and independence.

    2.- SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

The trainings will be divided by skill, each of 8 hours, in which the following aspects will be developed:

Self-management

  • Organisational strategies and planning
    Workplace goal setting.
  • EMARC objectives.
  • Time management in the workplace.
  • Strategies for balancing life and work.
  • Stress management.

Leadership

  • Leadership skills and style.
  • Meeting management.
  • Small and large group leadership.

  • Foundations and skills for teamwork.
  • Establishing common goals and commitments.
  • Assertive selection of team members.
  • Conflict management and conflict resolution in work teams.

Social responsibility

  • Civility, cooperation and citizenship.
  • Cooperation and conflict resolution.
  • Social responsibility in a global world.
  • Diversity and cultural differences.
  • Socially responsible behaviour and ethical performance.
  • Sustainability
    Rules of formality.

The training includes practices that allow for recognition of each skill, application in day-to-day life and reflection on implementation.

At the end of the training, the candidate is assessed by validating:

    • Time management skills to facilitate the achievement of goals.
    • Practices to achieve balance in different areas of life, as well as stress management.

    • Essential skills for leading meetings, managing small groups and leading large groups.

There are 4 badges, one for each of the above soft skills. These badges are earned by achieving 80% or more correct scores in the assessment and are awarded and validated by Credly, a global competency accreditation company.

DEVELOPING CRITICAL THINKING

1.DIAGNOSIS AND DETECTION OF NEEDS

The assessment instrument is: Watson Glaser IIITM . This assessment is taken online and takes about 30 minutes. It is ideal for selecting candidates for job positions that require a high level of critical thinking skills. As well as for the development of high-potential employees.

It assesses key critical thinking skills:

  • Recognising assumptions
  • Evaluate arguments
  • Draw conclusions

2.SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

The training will take 8 hours and will cover the following topics:

      • Introduction to critical thinking.
      • Identification/Collection of information.
      • Analysis/Evaluation of information.
      • Decision-making.
      • Problem detection.
      • Solution generation.

3.VALIDATION

At the end of the training, the candidate is assessed by validating:

      • Knowledge of critical thinking.
      • Critical thinking skills for work and life.
      • Critical thinking skills for decision making and problem solving.

These awards are obtained by achieving 80% or more correct scores on the assessment and are awarded and validated by Credly, a global competence accreditation company.

DEVELOPING ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION

1.- DIAGNOSIS AND DETECTION OF NEEDS

The assessment instrument is DAT (Differential Aptitude Test). It is an online test consisting of 15 analogies and takes about 15 minutes. It is used to select candidates for job positions in managerial, professional supervisory, sales, administrative and technical executive roles.

This test measures verbal reasoning ability. The assessment is made up of analogies and tests the ability to infer relationships between pairs of words.

Analogies are commonly known as inductive reasoning tasks. Inductive reasoning is defined as the ability to recognise the underlying conceptual relationships that define how the elements of a problem behave together and to apply the identified concepts to demonstrate understanding of those relationships.

2.- SOFT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

The training will take 8 hours and will cover the following topics:

  • Fundamentals of communication.
  • Communication skills and common mistakes.
  • Interpersonal communication and listening.
  • Verbal communication
  • Written communication
  • Conflict management, assertiveness, responsibility and negotiation.

3.- VALIDATION

At the end of the training, the candidate is assessed by validating:

  • Basic communication skills.
  • Interpersonal communication skills, such as active listening and appropriate conflict management.
  • Clear and effective oral communication of thoughts and ideas.
  • Written communication through different media, logical, objective and factual argumentation.
  • Organisation of personal presentations to different types of audiences, using basic communication guidelines.

This badge is obtained by achieving 80% or more correct scores in the assessment and is awarded and validated by Credly, a global competence accreditation company.
