Certifications developed by Oxford University Press and certified by Oxford University.
Multilevel test assessing CEFR A2, B1, B2
- The Oxford Test of English (OTE), OTE is an adaptive general English test that is conducted entirely on computer. It is more flexible, cost-effective and faster than any other English test.
- Oxford Test of English is an examination certified by the University of Oxford and recognized by a large number of educational institutions worldwide.
- This exam certifies the level of English in the four main language skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening. It has a total duration of 2 hours and evaluates levels A2, B1 and B2.
- The exam tests all four language skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking). One of the advantages of OTE is that you do not need to take all the skills in one sitting, they can be taken in any order and combination, allowing you to take the test in the way that is most comfortable and convenient for you.
- The modules can be taken or repeated individually, as the certificate will always show the last result, so if you are not satisfied with your result or you think you can improve your score, you do not need to repeat the whole exam.
- In OTE you use everyday language, from social, work or academic contexts, which means that you are certifying your actual general English level.
- Listening and reading results are available at the time of test completion in your email, and Speaking and writing results are available 14 days after the test. All results are certified by the University of Oxford.
- IH offers a wide variety of available dates, however, you can request any other date more convenient for you at any of our authorized centers and test rooms. To check the test dates and times, just contact us.
- He considers that all tests are different from each other and the results do not expire, however, the time of validity is dictated by the institutions that receive and recognize the exams.
