Riviera Maya: A full refund can be obtained if canceled at

PThere is frequent bus service from airport to downtown. However, we recommend that our students take advantage of our airport meeting and transfer service. Airport transfer fee (one way) one person 135 USD OW/two or more peolple 85 USD.

We strongly recommend students to take out comprehensive travel and medical insurance in their country of origin to cover any loss, sickness or accident which may occur during the course.

General conditions:

  • 50% of the total invoice amount is required to confirm both the course and accommodation services.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid on the first day of classes.

  • Please send the proof of payment to studyspanish@ihmexico.com to confirm the reservation of courses and accommodation services.

  • Please contact studyspanish@ihmexico.com to inquire about available payment methods.

Cancellation Policy and payments:

  • Cancellation must be notified at least 5 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.

  • After this period, no refunds will be issued. However, the course can be postponed once, and a certificate valid for 12 months will be issued for rescheduling.
