This programme consists of 10 online training sessions (once a month), delivered by experts in organisational development from educational institutions, aimed at improving leadership skills and coaching high performance teams.

To benefit leaders from all areas of the school, this programme will be delivered in Spanish. A certificate of participation will be issued for each session. To obtain the “Coaching the Coach” certificate a minimum of 80% attendance of the total programme is required.
